Each delivery has a planned dispatch date and an edit deadline. Changes before that deadline apply to the next editable box and every box after it.
For recurring bank payments, collection starts at least six business days before planned dispatch. Your box locks when processing begins, and we only send it after payment is confirmed.
If an item is unavailable before collection, we hold the whole box without charging and let you know. We won't quietly replace something you chose.
